PER COURT:- 1.

The validation proceeding in respect of the caste claim of the petitioner is pending with the committee.

The committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the caste claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months. The petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 01.07.2019.

Till the validation proceeding is decided no adverse action be taken against the petitioner

(2) 964-wp-5315-2019 only on the ground of validation proceeding is pending. However, degree certificate shall not be issued to the petitioner unless petitioner submits the validity certificate.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
