The grievance of the petitioner is that the appeal is filed by the petitioner before respondent No.6 on 23rd December, 2020, the same is not decided as yet and recovery is being claimed by the petitioner.

In case the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending with respondent No.6, then respondent No.6 shall decide the said appeal on it's own merits, in accordance with law, after following the proper procedure preferably within four months. 4.
