The learned counsel submits that the petitioner belongs to scheduled caste category and is appointed from scheduled caste category. He sought transfer from scheduled caste category but respondent No. 1 has considered the petitioner from open category. The petitioner seeks cancellation of said transfer order issued to him as an open category candidate. The learned counsel submits that the petitioner approached the respondent No. 1. However, no decision has been taken by respondent No.1.
