ORDER :

Learned counsel Shri. Gunale submitted that he is appearing for all the original claimants in all the matters. Both the sides are heard.

Contentions and submissions are made for the State in applications filed for delay condonation that some time was consumed in getting certified copies of the judgments, some time was consumed in processing the matters, some time was consumed for obtaining sanction at various level. It is a fact that such time is required. In view of the contents of the applications and submissions made, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. So, all the applications filed for condonation of delay are allowed. Delay is condoned.

Notice in appeals for final disposal. Shri. Gunale waives notice for all original claimants. List all the appeals for final disposal on 11.7.2016.

Heard the learned AGP for applicants in stay applications. Seen the judgments and awards. This Court holds that stay can be granted subject to depositing of entire amount of award within twelve weeks from today. In those terms, the
applications are allowed and disposed of. If the amount is not deposited within stipulated period, it is to be presumed that there is no stay to the execution proceeding. [ T.V. NALAWADE, J. ] ssc/
