Looking at the subject matter involved, it appears that since applications tendered by petitioner No. 2 - Social Primary Urdu School, New Gajipura, Latur, annexed to the petition at Pages No. 40 to 43, have not been responded to, it would be expedient that respondent No. 2 takes steps and responds on the same at the earliest. 2.

As such, respondent No. 2 to decide on the application "Exhibit D" at page No. 42 of the writ petition as early as possible, if not already decided, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of writ of this order.
