The petitioners are objecting to the construction being raised by the respondent in the adjoining property. According to the petitioners, the respondents have relied on certain forged documents and records for securing municipal permission. Petitioners further contend that the respondent has no rights in relation to the adjacent property and proposed construction being raised by the respondents, is illegal.

Considering the nature of grievance raised in the petition, it would be appropriate for the petitioners to avail alternate remedy available in law.

Keeping option of the petitioners open to avail
