Heard learned counsel for respondent no.3.

The limited prayer made by the petitioner is seeking direction against respondent nos.1 and 2 to decide representations dated 05.08.2020 and 30.06.2020. The said representation pertains to the conduct of election of Vice President.

It is submitted that the Government under its letter dated 09.09.2020 has permitted holding of election and pursuant thereto election now is scheduled on 18.09.2020. 3.

In the light of that, grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.
