During the course of hearing, this Court is informed that the Petitioner has filed suit being Regular Civil Suit No. 39/2014 seeking cancellation of registered sale-deed dated 03.01.2014. 2.

The present proceeding arises out of the orders passed by the revenue authority refusing the cause interference in the mutation entry No. 12489 unless the sale-deed is set aside. In view of the fact that Regular Civil Suit No. 39/2014 has already been filed before the competent Civil Court for cancellation of sale-deed, it would be open for the parties to take appropriate steps for the purpose of correction of mutation entry subject to the outcome of the suit.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the Petition. Petition stands dismissed accordingly.
