Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned counsel for respondent No.2 so also the learned AGP.

The show cause notice has been issued to the petitioner as to why the petitioner's appointment shall not be cancelled. The petitioner was appointed on compassionate ground. The impugned show cause notice states that the crime is registered against the petitioner. Mr.Savant, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the said crime registered against the petitioner, is quashed and set aside. The petitioner may file reply to the show cause notice alongwith necessary orders and documents. Naturally, the reply filed by the petitioner shall be considered by respondent No.2 and thereafter, the

31 wp.13039.21.odt decision would be taken with regard to the show cause notice. The reply shall be filed by the petitioner within a period of seven days from today.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
