This application is filed for extension of time for filing application for discharge.

In view of order passed by this Court on 8th March 2017, the applicant was supposed to file application within a period of two weeks from the date of passing the order. However, due to the reasons stated in the application, the applicant could not file the same.

In that view of the matter, time to file application for discharge is extended by ten days. Criminal Application No.2275 of 2017 stands disposed of.
