It is submitted that the petitioner has appeared for JEE (Main) 2021 Examination on 26.02.2021. Her proposal for validation of her caste certifcate is pending since 14.01.2020. 2.

Issue notice to respondents. Learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of both the respondents.

Petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 30th June, 2021. The Committee shall endeavour to decide the proposal before 30th August, 2021.
