After hearing the matter for some time as this court was not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant, in view of the fact that earlier bail being rejected by this Court vide order dated 13.6.2022, Mr. Jamdar, learned counsel for applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the application with liberty to file application for grant of temporary bail on medical conditions.
