Learned Government Pleader, on instructions received from the Respondent-Collector, states that impugned notice dated 18.03.2016 as well as notice dated 23.03.2016 would be withdrawn. The Collector, however, seeks liberty to take up appropriate proceedings in accordance with the provisions of law.

In view of the statement made as regards withdrawal of the impugned notices, the grievance raised by th petitioner in the instant petition stands redressed. It would be open to the respondent Authority to take appropriate steps as permissible in law. 3.

In view of the above, writ petition is disposed of.
