Further progress report has been shown. It appears that search was taken at various places but the lady has not been found. We cannot keep the petition pending for months together. The learned Advocate for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner has no further clue or has no fresh information in respect of the missing lady. Hence, we dispose of the Writ Petition with direction to the inquiry officer to continue the search of the missing lady and if found then he should intimate the petitioner to that extent. (ROHIT W.
