The dispute appears to be as regards whether the land of the Petitioner acquired from Gut No.89, Mauje Mangrul Tq. Loha, District Nanded, for a public project, admeasures 52 R or 60 R,. 2.

The learned advocate Shri Manorkar, being on the panel of Respondent No.4, was requested by this Court to cause his appearance and assist the Court. He apprises us that there are certain disputed issues which will have to be gone into and the representations of the petitioner dated 22.11.2021, 18.01.2022, and 25.01.2022, can be decided by respondent no.3 by referring to the revenue records.

The learned advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has been attempting redressal of her grievance from 2017 onwards. If a timeline is prescribed, the grievance of the Petitioner could be redressed at the earliest. The learned advocate representing Respondent No.3 submits that the due process of law would be followed and the representations of the Petitioner would be taken to a logical conclusion as may be permissible in law. 4.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 5.

We expect Respondent No.3, with the assistance of the Respondent No.4, shall decide the representations mentioned above, by following the due procedure laid down in law and by referring to the appropriate revenue records in the light of the grievance voiced by the Petitioner. Let this exercise be completed within sixty days.
