Mr. Sagre, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceedings in respect of the caste claim of the petitioner is pending with the Committee. The Collector has disqualified the petitioner under section 10 (1-A) of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act, 1958. It is not the fault of the petitioner in not submitting the validity certificate. The petitioner ought not to have been disqualified. 2.

We have heard the learned A.G.P.

In view of the Judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Anant Hanumant Ulhalkar and another Vs. The statement of Maharashtra in Writ petition No. 14078/2014 and confirmed by the the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the order of the Collector cannot be faulted with. 4.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
