Issue notice to the respondent returnable forthwith. Learned APP waives service of notice for respondent-State. 3.

The applicant is seeking five days temporary bail to attend the marriage of his daughter. The marriage is scheduled on 15.05.2023. The marriage card is also placed on record. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, temporary bail for five days from 12.05.2023 to 16.05.2023 is granted to the applicant. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

32-BA.799-23.odt (ii) Applicant SADIQ S/O BASHIR SHAIKH be released on temporary bail from 12.05.2023 to 16.05.2023, on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No.222 of 2013, registered by Police Station Newasa, District Ahmednagar for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120-B, 201, 143, 147, 148, 149 of the IPC and Sections 37(1)(3), 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act, on the following conditions :

(a) The applicant shall surrender to the concerned Court on 17.05.2023.

(b) During the period of his temporary bail, he shall maintain the law and order.

(c) Bail before the learned Trial Court.
