Mr. Choudhari, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that, the petitioner is assailing the seniority list published on 01.04.2012. Learned counsel submits that, the case of the petitioner is not considered and the petitioner was shown at serial no. 19 and the persons who were junior to the petitioner were shown above the petitioner. Though, the orders were issued on the same day the petitioner could not join at Amravati as respondent no.4 who was directed to join at Beed, joined at Amravati and there was no vacancy available.

Mr. Panpatte, the learned counsel for the respondents disputes the said submissions and further states that, respondent no.4
( 2 ) 8 wp 4468.13 had joined at Beed on 21.10.2008. The petitioner joined at Amravati on 17.12.2008.

It appears that, the petitioner has already made a grievance with the General Manager, Administration i.e. respondent no.3, as such, we need not dilate on the merits of the matter as the grievance has already been raised by the petitioner with respondent no.3. 4.
The respondent no.3 shall decide the objection/representation of the petitioner (exhibit-d) expeditiously and on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, preferably within five months. Writ Petition disposed of. No costs. [P.R.BORA, J.] [S.V. GANGAPURWALA, J.] mub
