According to the petitioners, their tribe claims are pending for validation before the Scrutiny Committee since the year 2005.

In case the validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioners are pending, the Scrutiny Committee shall take decision on its own merit in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of appearance of the petitioners. The petitioners shall appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 1st July, 2019.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
