Though the learned counsel for the respondents strongly opposed for condonation of delay, but it appears that the delay is only of 24 days and that was caused since the father in law of applicant / complainant was admitted in the hospital. As such, considering the short period of delay as well as the reasons mentioned in the application, the same stands condoned. The application is accordingly disposed of.
