PER COURT :- 1) Learned Counsel appearing for Petitioner has placed on record a copy of the order dated 26.04.2013 issued by the Special District Social Welfare Officer, Beed, whereby the pay scale of trained teacher has been made applicable to Respondent No.6. The same is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.

2) Learned for the Petitioner submitted that, the present Petitioner stands at par with Respondent No.6 to whom the pay scale of trained primary teacher admissible to the craft teacher has been granted. The facts so stated and the document so placed on record is not disputed by

5719-14WP the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents. 3) In view of the above, the present petition can be disposed of by setting aside the order dated 10.10.2013 passed by the Assistant Commissioner, Social Welfare, Parbhani (Respondent No.4), whereby the appeal filed by the Petitioner has been dismissed and with a direction to Respondent No.4 to consider the claim of the Petitioner afresh, expeditiously preferably within three months from the date of this order by giving due opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner. Order accordingly.
