We have heard Mr. Rodge, learned counsel for petitioner. The learned counsel refers to the order dated 4th December, 2020 in Writ Petition No.10138 of 2018 with connected writ petitions. According to the learned counsel, the employer has submitted salary bills, but the petitioner is not paid the salary from the date of termination till reinstatement. The authorities are not paying head to that. The contempt would be only against the intentional and deliberate violation of the orders of the Court. In the present case, in absence of positive directions in that regard, it would not be possible to entertain the contempt petition.

The petitioner may take appropriate steps with regard to the order dated 4th December, 2020 passed in Writ Petition No.10138 of

912 cp.308.21.odt 2018 with connected writ petitions and/or may file appropriate proceeding.
