These applications are filed for modification of order made by this Court in C.A. No. 608 of 2016 with other companion matters by Order dated 22/01/2016. Both sides are heard.

Other side opposed the applications. Learned counsel for original claimant/owner submitted that the owner is facing difficulty in getting surety and so permission be given to give security of his land by producing solvency certificate.

In view of the submission made, the applicants are allowed to give security of their land by producing solvency certificate. Accordingly the order is modified. 4.
