It has been stated that by virtue of order passed by this Court on 18th May 2018, the present petitioners were directed to deposit certain amount. Accordingly, amount has been deposited. However, it is stated that the said deposited amount is short by Rs. 1,37,743/-. Taking into consideration, the order passed earlier by this Court, petitioners are allowed to deposit the balance amount.
