This application is for withdrawal of amount along with accrued interest deposited by the appellant/Insurance Company in this Court. The learned advocate for the applicant has placed on record the copy of the order dated 19th April 2024 passed in Civil Application No. 3322/2024 wherein this Court allowed the applicants therein to withdraw the entire amount of compensation on usual undertaking. The present proceeding also arise out of the same accident. Considering that, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.

ORDER

(i) The application stands allowed.

(ii) The applicant is allowed to withdraw the entire amount of compensation along with accrued interest deposited by the appellant/Insurance Company in the office of this Court on furnishing usual undertaking. With this, civil application stands disposed of. ( KISHORE C. SANT, J. ) ssc/
