PER COURT :- 1.

The petitioner was released on Covid-19 Parole on 7.8.2020. The petitioner is now required to surrender before the Jail authorities as Covid-19 Parole has come to an end. However, the petitioner's mother Mrs. Bharati Dhage is suffering from Cancer and she is on the 6th Dose of Chemotherapy.

Considering her serious health condition, on humanity ground, time to surrender for the petitioner is extended for a period of 15 days from today. After this date, the petitioner shall surrender before the Jail authorities.

Petition is disposed off.
