Registration of petitioner's heavy goods vehicle is rejected. According to the petitioner, in the impugned order nowhere the alleged defect is notified. It does not state how the structure does not comply with the rules. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would appear before Respondent No.5 and put forth his case. 3.

In light of that the petitioner shall appear before Respondent No.5 and put forth his case with regard to registration of his heavy goods vehicle. 1 / 2

942-WP-5946-20.odt Respondent No.5 shall consider the stand of the petitioner and shall take decision afresh with regard to registration of petitioner's heavy goods vehicle, preferably within three months. While deciding the same, the impugned order would not be an impediment.
