Learned APP states that, the petitioner is still absconding and after his period for temporary parole on the ground of Covid-19 is over, he has not surrendered before the Authority.

This petition is fled by the wife of the petitioner with the prayer that directions be issued to the authorities to sanction 45 days parole leave. The application is misconceived because petitioner's husband is still absconding and he has not surrendered yet. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain this petition. Petition is dismissed.
