We do not find any adjudicated claim of the petitioner against the respondent Nos. 3 / 4. The petitioner approached the Collector by filing an application claiming that the amount of Rs. 1,30,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore Thrity Lakh only) is receivable by the petitioner from the respondents. The Collector asked the Tahsildar to take up appropriate steps.

We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.P. for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

The Collector has already directed the Tahsildar to consider the claim of the petitioner. The Tahsildar shall on its own merits, in accordance with law and procedure consider the directions issued by the Collector and take decision upon it expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) weeks from today. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
