The learned A.P.P. appearing for the Respondent/State informs this Court that, the charge-sheet has been filed in the month of March, 2017. The said statement is not disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the applicants.

It appears that, inspite of filing the charge-sheet, without taking exception to the said charge-sheet, the applicants have filed this application on

2278.17APPLN 28th April, 2017. We are not informed about further progress in the case before the concerned Court. In that view of the matter, in case the charge is not yet framed, liberty to the applicants to apply for discharge, if they so advised.

However, we are not inclined to entertain this application.
