It is submitted that validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claims of the petitioners are pending with the scrutiny committee. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are

2 908-wp 5950 -2020+.odt desirous of taking admission in the professional course and they require the validity certificate. The proposal is forwarded by the college and thereafter the documents are also filed by the petitioners. The committee has acknowledged the same.

According to the learned A.G.P the online proposal has to be filed. The same is not filed by the petitioner. 3.

We are not inclined to go into the procedural rigmarole. 4.

If, as per the procedure online proposal is required to be filed, the same shall be filed by the petitioners. The petitioners shall file online proposal though physical proposal is already been filed. The said online proposal be filed within a period of three (03) days from today. 5.

Considering the fact that, the petitioners are exploring possibility of taking admission in the professional course, if it is possible for the committee, the committee shall endeavour to decide the validation proceedings by 15.10.2020.

Writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
