The petitioner is an Industry. It had a contract with respondent No.3 University. Clause 24 of the contract requires the University to deposit the GST amount with the petitioner, which, it claims to have deposited with the Government. This is purely a case of violation of contractual terms. The petitioner has a remedy of enforcing the said contract and seek appropriate orders from the Civil Court. 2.
