This is a Civil Application seeking restoration of the Writ Petition, which was dismissed in default for non removal of office objections. Delay of 87 days is caused in filing this Civil Application.

The learned A.G.P. opposes and submits that appropriate orders may be passed.

In view of the above and for the reasons set out, this Civil Application is allowed. Delay is condoned. All office objections in the Writ Petition shall be removed within two weeks from today. Thereafter, the Writ Petition shall be restored at the stage at which it was dismissed.
