We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGP.

The limited grievance of the petitioners appears to be that the petitioners have raised objection with regard to the existence of well and other appurtenances of the land taken in possession by the respondent.

Learned AGP submits that the petitioners did not raise objection in time. It appears that the petitioners initially raised objection in January and now on 16/06/2021. The objection can be referable to Section 21 read with Section 23 of the Right to Fair

In case the award is not passed then the authority shall consider the objection raised by the petitioners (page No. 39) on its own merits as is permissible under law.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
