1] We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2] The petitioner has approached this Court for issuing directions to respondent nos.2 to 5 to register crime / FIR against respondent no.6. The respondent no.6 is the Tahsilder. It has been alleged that by violating COVID-19 norms respondent no.6 has celebrated birth-day at public place. However, it appears that, the petitioner has not approached to the Police Station.

3] The petitioner can file a complaint in the concerned Police Station and if the petitioner will not get any response, the petitioner is always at liberty to approach
