Heard learned Advocate Mr. R.F. Totla. Present application has been filed for extension of time to deposit the amount. It appears that due to some personal difficulty, the order that was earlier passed by this Court, regarding payment to be made to the insurance company could not be complied with, and therefore, now the insurance company has come up with a cheque of the decreetal amount.
