109.16mca (2) Act, to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhoom, District Osmanabad.

Since the contents of the application are not controverted by the respondent and looking to the convenience of the applicant-wife, it will be appropriate, in my opinion, to allow the application in terms of prayer clause (B).
