After arguing some time, Mr. Brahme,

6351.17wp (2) learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, prays for withdrawal of the petition, with liberty to approach the authority namely respondent No.2 Collector, Nanded with a request in the form of application/representation for seeking refund of royalty amount against excavated sand by the petitioner and remaining sand deposit which is un-excavated by the petitioner.

The petitioner is allowed to withdraw the petition, with liberty as prayed for.
