The petitioners seek directions against the respondent to once again float their expression of interests and then only take a decision on the individuals / bodies, who would be entrusted with task of preparation of food for implementation of the mid-day meal scheme.

The petition has outlined its purpose as the schemes are already formulated for distribution of the midday meal. 4.

In light of the above Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.

In view of disposal of Writ Petition Civil Application stands disposed of.
