Mr. Pawar, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the Condition No. 5 of the e-tender is illegal. The Collector has also directed the Chief Executive Officer, Nandurbar to take effective steps, the same is not done.

Mr. Bagul, learned Counsel appears for respondent no. 4 and submits that on 01.09.2020 the Municipal Council has issued the Corrigendum and has deleted Condition No. 5 of the e-tender.

In view of that, the grievance of the petitioner does not subsist.

Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
