On 21.06.2024, notices were issued to the respondent. Then on 04.07.2024, she was unwell; hence, the matter was listed for today. Again, she is not present and nobody is appearing for the applicant. The overall negligence of the counsel for the applicant reveals that she is not interested to proceed with the matter. It is presumed that the applicant is also not interested to get his application decided though ready. Hence, the application stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
