We have heard Mr. Sonwane, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned AGP, Mr. Tope and Mr. Bondar, learned counsel for the respective parties.

Learned AGP submits that the order is passed by the State directing sanction of the payments to be made to the petitioners pursuant to the orders of this Court and the payment is to be made by the Zilla

cp392.16 Parishad.

In the light of above, we direct the respondent Zilla Parishad to make payment to the petitioners within a period of two months from today. With these observations, the Contempt Petition is disposed of. In case the payment is not made as directed, the respondents will make themselves liable for contempt.
