Considering the nature of offences committed by the applicants herein, this Court is not inclined to suspend the substantive sentence of imprisonment even though the applicants are behind the bars for little over four and half years. The application stands rejected. 3.

If the appeal could not be heard within a period of one year, the applicants may revive the prayer.

Legal fee of learned Counsel for respondent no.2 (appointed) is quantified at Rs.6,000/- (Rupees Six Thousand) 5.
