The applicant seeks leave to amend and assail Clause 41.2 of the Scheme of Examination, so also the eligibility criteria prescribed in the circular dated 12.08.2020.

The petition is at incipient stage. The non-applicant will have every opportunity to controvert the averments sought to be introduced by way of an amendment.
