The petitioner has approached this Court against the part-1 judgment dated 04.10.2017 delivered by the Labour Court in Complaint (ULP) No.27/2015. The revision petition under Section 44 of the MRTU & PULP Act, 1971 has not been filed.

This Court has concluded in the following judgments that unless a revisional remedy is not availed of, the writ petition ought not to be entertained:- (a) Engineering Employees Union vs. Devidayal Rolling & Refineries Private Limited, 1986 Mh.L.J. 331 : 1986 (2) Bom.C.R. 246. (b) Clifford Rebello vs. Hotel Oberoi Towers, (2001) III CLR 805. 3.
