Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

Learned counsel for the applicant is ready to deposit 50% of the awarded compensation amount with proportionate accrued interest thereon in this Court. Therefore, the impugned judgment and award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Aurangabad in Motor Accident Claims Petition No.705/2012 is stayed till further orders, subject to deposit of 50% of the awarded compensation amount with proportionate accrued interest thereon by the appellant Insurance Company within a period of eight weeks from the date of

ca5945-2019 passing of this order. In case of default on the part of the applicant, the stay order shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to this Court. Civil Application is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
