We have heard Mr. Lale, learned Counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner is only challenging the Enquiry Report, no action has been taken against the petitioner pursuant to the Enquiry Report. If any action is proposed against the petitioner pursuant to the Enquiry Report assailed in the present writ petition then the the petitioner may have right to assail the same.

In case, some action is taken against the petitioner pursuant to the Enquiry Report liberty would be available to the petitioner to assail the same.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
