Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court under judgment and order dated 28/11/2018 in Writ Petition No. 13012 of 2018 directed the Committee to decide the proceeding within four months. As yet the same is not decided, the vigilance is conducted. The petitioner had filed say to the vigilance report. The hearing was also concluded, but decision is not taken. 2.

It appears that the matter will have to be reheard now. The petitioner shall appear before the respondent No. 2-Committee on 01/07/2021 and putforth his case. The Committee shall thereafter endeavor to decide the proceeding by 30/08/2021.
