1. This petition is filed with a grievance that though the petitioner was placed under suspension, way back in the year 1998, and chargesheet was issued on 25th May, 2004, yet no final decision is taken.

2. Learned Senior Counsel Mr.P.V.Mandlik, on instructions, makes a statement that already enquiry has been taken to logical end and after enquiry is made final, the petitioner is removed from services.

3. In the light of the statement of the Senior Counsel appearing for respondent no.2 and 3, the petition stands disposed of, however, in case the final order is not communicated to the petitioner, the same may be communicated as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within three weeks from today.
