DATE : 25th JUNE, 2021 PER COURT :- The petitioners had earlier filed Writ Petition against order cancelling his sports certificate bearing Writ Petition No. 7920 of 2020. This Court under order, dated 3rd December, 2020, disposed of the Writ Petition and directions were issued to the respondents that, respondents shall withdraw the respective orders. Subsequently, again the sports certificate of the petitioner is cancelled. The petitioner filed writ petition bearing Writ Petition No. 6503 of 2021. This Court under order, dated 11th June, 2021 disposed of the writ petition and directing the petitioner to avail alternate remedy and granted protection. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed appeal before the appellate authority along with the stay petition, but the same is not decided.

In fact, the respondents ought to have decide the stay petition atleast. We continue the protection granted under order dated 11th June, 2021, in Writ Petition No. 6503 of 2021 filed by the petitioner till the disposal of appeal.

It is made clear that, the said protection will not be continued and shall stand vacated in case the appeal of petitioner is dismissed. 4.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
